Sarah Bernardoni

Sarah is married to her best friend, a devoted mother of five, a nurse, and a passionate about seeing the true person, encouraging healing in others, and dedicated to helping people reach their full potential. With a deep-rooted faith in Jesus Christ as the foundation of her life, Sarah believes that true healing and growth stem from a connection to both the physical and spiritual. Her journey began as a little girl bandaging up neighbor children and family members which led her to nursing, where she further developed her calling to care for others. As she witnessed the transformative power of holistic care, she expanded her expertise into homeopathy and craniosacral therapy.

Sarah's holistic approach to healing focuses on the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. She has a special gift for recognizing the unique needs of each individual, offering them compassionate care that honors their entire being. In addition to her professional work, Sarah is deeply committed to her role as a mother. She homeschools her children, instilling in them the values of faith, love, and continuous learning.

Her home is a sanctuary of growth, where education and spiritual guidance are seamlessly intertwined. Sarah's unwavering dedication to her family, patients, and faith serves as a testament to her belief in the power of love and compassion to heal and nurture the human soul.

Brandon Bernardoni

I am a son of God, husband to my best friend (yes, she's out of my league!), and father to five amazing children that help me grow to be more like Jesus in every way.  As a former division 1 athlete, I have been nutrition-minded for over 20 years.  I also currently serve in the military with leadership and command experience at the team and squadron level.

I have a passion for walking along side people to help them realize their full potential.  I take a truly integrative approach utilizing food as medicine, exercise, lifestyle, toxin removal, supplementation when necessary, and functional medicine testing to help get to the root cause of a multitude of ailments from bloating, hormone imbalance, gut issues, stress, and nervous system dysregulation.

I believe your health is not simply your genes, a diagnosis, the way you were raised, or your environment. Your health is also in your spirit, in your innate being created wonderfully and with purpose.  I journey alongside you to identify the underlying root causes (the gut, stress, lifestyle, toxic materials or emotions, and functional medicine testing), and then work to rebalance your body to function as God designed it to - full of vibrant and abundant life.

I am a life-long learner, always seeking to grow and apply well-researched methods to health.  I am a certified Integrative Health Practitioner, and a current student of nutritional therapy, executive coaching, and homeopathy.

Grace Merideth

I am a wife to my best friend, mother to a strong willed, soft hearted warrior, Army veteran, military spouse, and a student at the College of Practical Homeopathy where my studies include homeopathy, herbs, flower essences, and nutrition. But for all my titles my identity lies in being a beloved daughter of the King.

My journey into wellness began in 2020 when Sarah Bernardoni casually asked if I wanted to take her homeopathy class. With her help it took only 3 months to heal my recent asthma diagnosis, difficulty breathing (now I see they were probably panic attacks), and heart palpitations. This is after months of extensive testing from the top military doctors left me without answers or a next step. I was hooked. Beyond physical healing, homeopathy walked me into a new paradigm. I left behind the framework that at some point my body will become defective with the only hope of limping through life with the aid of drugs and a string of diagnosis. I walked into the framework that our bodies are wonderfully made to heal and thrive

Denny Merideth

Hello! My name is Denny Merideth. I am married to my beautiful bride, Grace, and we have two incredible children. For the last ten years I have been an Officer in the US Air Force. This experience has helped me to become a man of discipline and a purposeful leader. Though this career has shaped me, it has been my faith that has made me into the man I am today. As a Christian I have been involved with a ministry called the Navigators since my freshman year of college. The Navigators focus heavily on discipleship, which requires intentional time meeting with other believers and helping them to grow in their walk with Christ. Within these two experiences I have found that I have a desire to coach. My genuine love for others and seeing them grow is what drives me to coach. This drive is encouraged by a gift of listening that I hope will bless you. Ultimately, as a Christian and a leader, I have learned that I desire to help men recognize their need for Jesus and support them as they acknowledge and appreciate their God-given abilities, and in-turn use them for the glory of God in their family, church, and community.
